Program description

Ocho Lacrosse, LLC, doing business as Charlotte North Lacrosse, offers an SMS and MMS messaging program. Messages may include account and service communications, such as identity-verification reminders, account notifications, and access instructions. If you separately consent to receive promotional messages, messages may also include news, announcements, events, programs, products, subscription offers, and other promotions from Charlotte North Lacrosse.

Consent

By providing your mobile phone number and completing the applicable SMS opt-in process, you consent to receive the categories of text messages identified in the consent disclosure presented to you. Consent to receive promotional text messages is not a condition of purchase, membership, or access to the Services.

Consent to receive account or service messages does not automatically constitute consent to receive promotional messages. We will send promotional text messages only where you have expressly consented to receive them.

Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies based on your account activity and the programs or promotions in which you participate. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier’s standard messaging and data charges are your responsibility.

Opting out

Delivery

User-Generated Content

1. Definition

User-Generated Content (UGC) refers to all types of content, including but not limited to text, photos, videos, audio, and other materials, that users post, upload, share, or otherwise contribute to the Service (collectively, "Content"). UGC includes content posted on forums, in user profiles, on social media pages associated with Charlotte North Lacrosse, and any other spaces within the Service where users can make their content publicly available.

• Is harmful to minors in any way or is in violation of any law, regulation, or obligations or restrictions imposed by any third party.

Charlotte North Lacrosse reserves the right, but not the obligation, to monitor and edit or remove any Content provided by users. We have the right to remove any Content that, in our judgment, does not comply with these Terms and any other rules of user conduct for our Service, or is otherwise harmful, objectionable, or inaccurate. We are not responsible for any failure or delay in removing such Content.

By posting Content to the Service, you represent and warrant that:
